Himani and her staff, especially Chey, are fantastic to work with! Do I have enough space here to say all I want to say?! Extremely professional. Very fair fees. Sincere empathy for our situation which we (my wife and I) deeply appreciated. Fast responses to all our (many, many, many) questions and emails! All information about our case was explained fully and everything went totally smoothly and quickly – not something you normally expect when working with the federal government! I had two Complicated cases with criminal History( Domestic Violence and Hit & Skip ). One of my uncle referred me to hired Himani Bhardwaj. I consulted her after my first consultation she went over my case and she decided to take up my case. She really worked hard on my case. Humani and Chey always went above and beyond to help me gather all my Necessary documents. She always paid attention to my concern and always went extra miles. Himani has been FANTASTIC solving my immigration case. I spoke with other lawyers before I was able to find Himani but none of them made me feel more welcomed and more hopeful than Himani. Other lawyers told me to look elsewhere as they were afraid to handle my case and wished me “good luck”. Himani, on the other side, took time to hear more about me and helped me get my green card! She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely recommend hiring Himani as a lawyer. My husband and I worked with HBM Law Office for my husband’s immigration services from India. They were wonderful with keeping us posted and helping us through everything. Any time we had a question they were quick to respond and helped us through it. There are so many things that could have gone wrong if we had not had HBM Law Office was working for us. During this COVID-19 issue and all the loops and things we had to go through. Himani helped us from beginning to the end to bring my new wife and her two daughters to the U.S. From the moment I contacted her, I knew she was the real deal! She is sincere, honest, and very detail oriented. I can not say enough good about her and her firm. I knew that Himani would be a great attorney for me because three years prior, she had helped my brother go from DACA status to permanent residency status. I was not wrong in the fact that she was the best attorney I could have hired. She was with my husband and I every step of the way. Communication with her was excellent and I would not have been able to go through my immigration process without her. I loved that she was excellent and speedy at responding any questions. I also loved that she kept me up to date on any changes with my case. I was undocumented for 18 years, and now I am finally beginning my American Dream as a permanent resident of the United States. Himani helped me with a case that was so hard,complicated and with so little documents and proofs. After two years of fighting and looking for the right way to follow I finally got appointment for interview with government officials! Two months before appointment Himani worked with me every week and when I was at that point where I wanted to give up she pushed me to work harder for my future and helped me to look for new documents,new proofs that could help for interview . Services provided by Himani, Chey and HBM Law Services Offices were outstanding with competent professional skills. Their efforts brought me and my wife from Vietnam to the US on the IR-5 immigration visas, despite at times with various restrictions caused by COVID-19 epidemic. They also helped us get Police Clearances from Thailand where we have spent a few decades in Bangkok. Although we were unable to travel in 2021 to contact the Thai police offices for the purpose, due to surge of Covid-19 , Himani and Chey have assisted us in obtaining these required certificates. We are so glad we hired Himani to help us with our immigration, after speaking to a couple immigration lawyers, we chose her as she was the best. Himani is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I can not say enough good things about HBM Law Offices! My husband and I hired Himani to help with his family based Visa. Himani and her paralegal Chey were awesome. We have been working with them for the last 3 years and am so thrilled to say he has successfully received his green card! They had no problems getting him his unlawful presence waiver for my husband, who is from Mexico. I’m so glad we decided to go with HBM instead of one of the more well know attorneys in our area. Himani truly cares for her clients, they aren’t treated like another number (or paycheck). She gives you a set price and breaks it up along the duration of the process. Its so convienent not having to go into the office every time something is needed (not to mention being charged for the visit). There are no surprises, she tells you exactly what to expect, good and bad, a general time span in which to expect it as well. If you are trying to obtain some kind of papers from Mexico don’t waste your time on one of the overworked attorneys around, chose HBM instead! You won’t regret it!

Where do I start , with how amazing job Himani and Chey did for my wife and step boys casé on AOS since day one they helped us understand so much and what we needed for our case , and if we still didn’t get it they didn’t hesitate to find other ways for us to understand the things we needed to make our case stronger .
It wasn’t a easy time for us since we had to deal a lot with covid-19 but they figured out ways to get everything done in a good timely manner , they were always on top of everything even when I wasn’t since I was so busy working 16 hour shifts most of the time to take care of my family .
